1. The Service
Solix is a measurement bridge that connects TikTok advertising to WhatsApp conversations: a customer who taps an ad reaches a branded page and is taken to the advertiser's official WhatsApp chat, and Solix reports confirmed conversations back to TikTok for ad optimization.
2. Acceptable use
Your use of Solix is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: you are responsible for your own offers and creative, and you must comply with TikTok and Meta/WhatsApp policies.
3. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific advertising results, or that third-party platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp) will behave in any particular way.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
5. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend the Service as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
