1. Who we are

2. Data we process
When you click a TikTok ad and open a Solix bridge link, we process:
- The TikTok click identifier (ttclid) passed in the ad URL.
- A short, randomly generated tracking code that links your visit to a possible WhatsApp message.
- Your phone number — hashed (irreversibly transformed) before any transmission; we do not share it in plain text.
- A message-confirmation timestamp when a WhatsApp message is received.
- Store, product, and campaign metadata (which ad/store/product the visit relates to).
3. Why we process it
Our sole purpose is to measure which TikTok ad led to a real WhatsApp conversation, and to report that conversion to TikTok so the advertiser can optimize ad delivery toward people who genuinely message. We do not build advertising profiles about you for unrelated purposes.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with:
- TikTok — via the TikTok Events API, using hashed identifiers only, for conversion measurement and ad optimization.
- Meta / WhatsApp — message delivery happens over the WhatsApp Business Platform; your message and number are processed by WhatsApp under their own terms.
- Service providers — infrastructure used to operate the Service, bound by confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain tracking records for {RETENTION_MONTHS} months, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Hashed identifiers are kept only as long as needed for measurement.
6. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and encryption of sensitive tokens at rest. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
7. Your rights
